Using the app
TalkBrief is provided to help you record, import, organize, transcribe, summarize, and review work conversations. You are responsible for how you use the app and for complying with laws that apply to recording conversations in your location.
Consent to record
You must obtain any required consent before recording a meeting, call, interview, or conversation. Do not use TalkBrief to record people where recording is prohibited.
AI output
AI summaries, Ask answers, and generated tasks may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important information before relying on it for business, legal, financial, medical, or safety decisions.
Subscriptions
TalkBrief Pro is offered through Apple in-app purchases. Subscription billing, cancellation, renewal, and refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's terms and your App Store account settings.
Acceptable use
Do not use TalkBrief to process unlawful content, violate privacy rights, impersonate others, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls.
Availability
Some features depend on device support, iOS version, network availability, Apple services, or cloud AI service availability. We may update, change, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
